A R Rahman has got a chance to repeat the Oscar glory, for the music maestro has received two Oscar nominations for his work in Danny Boyle's film '127 Hours'.

The Mozart of Madras got two big nominations for Best Achievement in Music Written for Motion Pictures, Original Score and Best Achievement in Music Written for Motion Pictures, Original Song for the Danny Boyle's movie.

The Song “IF I RAISE” along with Dido and Rollo Armstrong in the Movie has nominated into the BEST SONG category. When asked rahman about the feeling he says “Getting nominated for the awards itself is a fabulous feeling. Winning is good too but, in the history of the awards, except possibly once, nobody has won it twice in a row,

Rahman will be competing for the Best Original Score trophy with John Powell ('How to Train Your Dragon'), Hans Zimmer ('Inception'), Alexandre Desplat ('The King's Speech') and Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross ('The Social Network').
